About Us
Deck of Hermes is a Lovecraft and Tarot inspired digital single player card game played from the perspective of a magical cat named Arthur, where the future world has fallen to an apocalypse caused by the disappearance of your master, the immortal wizard Hermes, and the escape of his sealed ancient monsters called Elementals. You must seal the monsters again with the help of your master's journal and sealed card dark containing spells and monsters at your disposal.
The turn-based combat employs a rock paper scissors mechanic based on the suits and elements of tarot cards, where the player must battle and capture monsters with combat spells, vampire spells, captured Elementals & alchemy cards that change the suit of your cards in order to deal more damage. Find and defeat all the monsters on the map in order to save the world from impending doom.

CONCEPT

This project was the result of a combination of ideas. The scope of this international project was to better understand other art domains and see what we can create as a group. After chatting and discussing how we see our future and its origin, we all decided on a magical adventure that trully set this world appart.
